Kings Lynn Home Tournament
Kings Lynn under 11’s roller hockey team hosted this tournament.
First up were Skaters. Kings Lynn played a fantastic game with quick turns, long passes, with shots from both Nancy Rutty and Kevin Monk hitting the post and cross bar. The score was all equal at the break. Jake Smith & Grace Davey were playing fantastically well in defence and this game was close all the way. Lacey Vincent (Goal keeper) was called in to action saving some amazing shots. Skaters then made a a couple of senior substitutions, which in turn gave them the edge in the match and eventually ran out as 3- 0 winners over Kings Lynn.
The scoreline didn’t reflect this fantastic game, but such an improvement on previous encounters.
With three more matches to play, Kings Lynn showed some superb team work and passages of play. A very well improved team that just needs to find another gear in front of goal.
