Inters Division 2 - League Champions
King's Lynn are now officially champions of Inters League Division 2.

Due to the fact that the re-arranged match for Ely v King's Lynn has had to be cancelled again, both clubs that a 0-0 draw would be recorded for this match. As this was the only this match to be played to finalise the league & no league positions to be gained or lost by either team if the match was played it was determined that this would be for the best.

This is great news for the club topping both divisions at U15's this season.

King's Lynn Defend An Ely Attack
On Sunday 28th March Kings Lynn Roller Hockey Club under 17's schoolboys team attended the City of Ely tournament at the Village College Sports Centre in Soham Cambs.

The day proved to be one of mixed fortunes from the start.
The first game never gained any real momentum for the Kings Lynn team and they struggled to find any opposition to the Bury Team, who are currently the top league team. That said, both goal keepers played exceptionally well and performed some fantastic saves against the relentless onslaught of high speed slap shots from Bury.

13th March Match Report
Top of the table Kings Lynn Roller Hockey U15's travelled to Cambridge Regional College for their penultimate tournament of the season hosted by Cottenham Roller Hockey club.

With an early start Lynn were first on against Cottenham, a young club with good coaching & some promising players who showed great spirit to equalize after Lynn had taken the lead on the 10 minute mark. Within a minute Lynn had restored their lead & although they controlled the game for long periods there was no further score into the break. Straight out of the blocks the score was increased to 3-1 with a well worked breakaway goal & that set the tone for the rest of the game, with slick passing & movement off the ball Lynn dictated the pace of the game & gave Cottenham few opportunities with Will Martin in goal playing a solid game.....

Cambridge 2 - 6 King's Lynn
Lynn took a while to break down the Cambridge defence but led into the break.
Cambridge then played a defensive formation so not many more goals were scored in the second half.

Peterborough 2 - 7 King's Lynn
Showing true grit and determination as well as some classy play, Lynn dominated most of the game ¢ frustrated Peterborough by man marking their best player ¢ limiting them to long shots.
