Kings Lynn (C) Team Home Tournament
The final tournament of the season was held at Alive Lynn Sport, Saturday 1st July. and the young C team was chasing second place after a really good run of results.
With victories over E.C.U (4 – 2) and Skaters (8 – 2) in their first 2 games, they just needed to beat Colchester to clinch runners up and they put in the best performance of the day to take the game 3 – 0 with a solid and very professional effort.
The whole team were excellent, and it meant they could relax for their final game against the older, and vastly experienced B team. With the job done they took their foot off the gas, and the B team won the game 7 – 2.
An outstanding season, considering they are the youngest team in the league. They just got stronger with every tournament.
